This was our first time selling a house and we decided to go with Yopa as they were the selling agents for the house we were interested in buying. After recieving Yopas quotes we realised that they were thousands cheaper than another company we had contacted. They also had no hidden costs so we could budget right from the start. They did everything, we used one of their recommended solicitors, Mov8 in Edinburgh, and the whole process was a lot easier than the first time we bought a house 8 years ago. Some people don't like the idea of an online company but honestly, I thought it was great. Our agent, Wayne, came out to our home and arranged everything and kept in touch throughout, he did all viewings which were included in the price. We had our property on the market in mid January and we moved at the start of May, the solicitors had everything wrapped up within 8 weeks. We did everything over email which was so easy and we didn't even need to travel to sign any paperwork. I highly recommend them.
